Welcome to GOODIST. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Active Skin, LLC d/b/a GOODIST (“GOODIST”). GOODIST operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). GOODIST is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Services.

1. Access and Account

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including email, billing, payment, and shipping details. GOODIST is not responsible for incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information provided by you.

2. Our Products (Required under FDA Cosmetic Regulations)

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products. However, colors, textures, and appearance may vary due to device type, settings, lighting, or configuration.

GOODIST does not make any medical, dermatological, therapeutic, corrective, or performance claims. No guarantees of results are made or implied.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. GOODIST may accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Cancellations may not be accommodated once processing begins.

GOODIST is not responsible for missed cancellations, incorrect addresses, or failed payment methods.

GOODIST is not responsible for failed payments, declined transactions, or fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. GOODIST is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy.

All trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, and the design and arrangement thereof are owned by Active Skin, LLC d/b/a GOODIST or its licensors.

9. Relationship With Shopify

GOODIST is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with GOODIST.

You expressly release Shopify from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with GOODIST.

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to Shopify’s privacy policy.

GOODIST is not responsible for third-party data handling, processing, or storage performed by Shopify or integrated apps.

GOODIST may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

Agents must identify themselves, must not mimic human behavior, and must not circumvent security measures. GOODIST may block Agents at its discretion.

16. Purchases, Pre-Orders, Subscriptions & TBYB

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.

Pre-orders: Cannot be canceled once processing begins.
Subscriptions: Processed subscription orders cannot be canceled.
TBYB: Items not returned within the trial window will be charged automatically.

GOODIST is not responsible for missed deadlines, incorrect addresses, or failure to follow instructions.

17. Children’s Use of the Services (Required under COPPA)

GOODIST does not knowingly permit use of the Services by individuals under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a minor under 13 has used the Services or submitted information, we will delete such information promptly.

GOODIST’s products and Services are intended for adults and are not marketed to individuals under 16 years of age.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated by GOODIST, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
