Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or Try Before You Buy (“TBYB”) purchases. By completing any of these purchase types, you agree to the terms outlined in this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Returns Policy.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after a charge has processed apply to future orders only.

Processing Window: Changes to your subscription including cancellations, address updates, or product modifications must be made before the next processing date. Once an order has begun processing, changes may not take effect until the next cycle.

Pricing Changes: Subscription pricing may change. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.

Returns: All subscription returns follow our Returns Policy.

GOODIST is not responsible for missed cancellations, incorrect addresses, failed payment methods, or delays caused by carriers or third-party vendors.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are not yet in stock and may still be in development or production. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed.
  • Production timelines may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or vendor delays.
  • Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation of fulfilled orders.
  • Delays do not entitle customers to compensation, discounts, or refunds.
  • You authorize us to store your payment method and charge the remaining balance automatically when the product ships.

We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout. Deposits secure inventory and production and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If production timelines change, we will notify you by email. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of updated timelines.

GOODIST is not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, carriers, or any third-party vendors.

3. Try Before You Buy (TBYB)

For TBYB purchases, we place an authorization hold on your payment method before shipping your order. You will have a defined trial period to decide whether to keep the item.

If the item is not returned within the trial period, you authorize GOODIST to charge your payment method for the full amount.

Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. Items returned used, opened, damaged, or outside the trial window may be subject to partial refunds or denial of refund.

GOODIST is not responsible for missed return windows, incorrect addresses, or failure to follow return instructions.

4. General Terms

GOODIST reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or misuse of our subscription, pre-order, or TBYB programs.

By completing a subscription, pre-order, or TBYB purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy and our Returns Policy.

GOODIST is not responsible for any adverse outcomes, delays, missed cancellations, failed payment methods, or customer errors related to any purchase option.

All policies are illustrative only and not exhaustive. GOODIST disclaims all liability for any and all outcomes arising from use or misuse of our purchase programs.
